In the first quarter of 2025, the top-performing business apps in the United Arab Emirates on the iOS platform showed varied trends in downloads and active users. Here's a look at how these apps performed.

UAE PASS, developed by the Dubai eGovernment Department, experienced a consistent weekly download trend. Starting at about 14.7K downloads, the numbers peaked at 19.6K in early February before tapering off to around 13K by the end of March. Active users saw a slight overall increase from 682K to 726K, despite some fluctuations mid-quarter.

WhatsApp Business from WhatsApp Inc. maintained steady downloads throughout the quarter, with weekly figures ranging between 10.5K and 12.8K. Revenue peaked at $13.7K in late February, while active users increased significantly, reaching nearly 969K by the end of March.

Microsoft Teams by Microsoft Corporation saw a rise in downloads mid-quarter, peaking at 11.7K in early March before declining to 4.5K by the end of the quarter. Active users showed a similar trend, with numbers rising to 893K in late February and then decreasing to 671K.

The MOHRE UAE app from the Ministry of Labour had a steady download rate, with weekly numbers around 5.7K to 9.3K. Active users increased from 76.6K to 92.3K in early March before a decline.

Finally, TAMM - Abu Dhabi Government observed a consistent download trend, peaking at 8K in mid-March. Active users showed growth, reaching nearly 199K in early March before settling at 163K.
